STEPS TO EARNING YOUR REBATE

Search FOLLO.com to find the Builder, Communities and/or Homes that you’d like to visit.

Print your Client Registration Form
Present this to each New Home Builder at your FIRST visit.

It is very important that you present this at your first contact with the representative in the Builder’s Model home. Often, you will be asked to “sign in” and you will be asked if you are working with an agent. This is the time to present your certificate and write both GPR & Associates as your agent/broker and write in our Broker# 9005865. This ensures that you’ll receive your rebate should you choose to purchase from this builder. Builders will NOT allow you to retroactively claim that you are working with an agent! This is why it is paramount that you properly register with the builder on the first visit!

Failure to do this could result in the loss of your rebate!

STEP 4

Find your Dream Home!

  • If you have chosen to not be assigned a GPR agent, then Contact us at Follo@GranitePointRealty.com when you have found your dream home before you sign any contracts. We are here to help every step of the way and can offer tips and effective strategies for negotiating with Builder’s sales representative.
  • OR, if you have chosen to work with one of our agents, notify them directly when you have found your dream home and want to purchase.

STEP 5

Closing on your New Home
When your new home is complete and it’s time for closing and funding, you will receive *1% Credit for Closing Costs based on Loan Amount, PLUS a **1% – 3% Cash Rebate Check (of final Base sales price) from Granite Point Realty, Inc. to use on anything your heart desires.

**1% – 3% Rebate (Base Sales Price) varies based on your choice of Builder chosen.
